While sharing expert-views Dr. Shubham said that now-a-days most of the patients are suffering from three major pains including back pain, knee pain, and neck pain. Back Pain Management: For relieving the back pain there are exercises that patients can perform with ease. These recommended exercises are – Straight Leg Raise in Supine position (SLR), Bridging Exercise, Straight Leg Raise in Prone position, Prone Extension Exercise, and Camel Cat Exercise. Each of these exercises is recommended to be performed approximately ten-times on a daily basis. By performing the aforesaid exercises on a daily basis, patients can surely get relieved from their age-old back-pain, Dr. Shubham said.
