A workshop on ‘Health with Balanced Diet’ was organized today at Kailash Health Village, Noida on the occasion of National Nutrition Month to create awareness about the importance of Good Nutrition to stay healthy. Diet & Nutrition experts Dt. Vandana Rajput & Dt. Ankita gave the best dietary advices on nutrient-rich foods & healthy recipes to the audience present at the workshop.
