40yr old patient Mrs. Ranjna Singh was suffering internal urinal bleeding (Hematuria). She had a history of Kidney stone surgery. She was rushed to Kailash Hospital Sector 27 Noida to consult Dr. Rana Kumar Consultant Urologist. On diagnosis, it was found that her hemoglobin had dropped down critically and she was immediately admitted. After evaluation through CT Angiography on the Ultrafast 128 Slice CT machine, a small pseudoaneurysm was detected in one of the branches of left kidney. The patient underwent treatment with the help of Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) & Superselective Endovascular Coil Embolization of left Renal Branch Pseudoaneurysm was performed by our Interventional Radiologist, Dr. Amit Kumar MD, PDCC (Vascular Interventional Radiology, AIIMS), EDiR. The procedure was successfully performed without any incision. Presently, the patient is doing well with no hematuria anymore. She is happy and thanks the Doctors involved for escaping her out of a life-threatening health condition.
