Safe Delivery in the 8th month for high-risk pregnancy complications | Kailash Hospital Gr Noida

Tejpal Singh, a CRPF personnel rushed his wife Raveena to Kailash Hospital, Greater Noida when she had preterm labour during her eight-month pregnancy. When brought to the hospital emergency, she was having an acute abdominal pain. Looking at the patient’s condition, she was immediately admitted under supervision of Dr. Shikha Joshi & thereafter, an ultrasound was conducted in which it was found that she was having acute shortage of water around the baby and this may turn fatal for both mother and foetus. In order to avoid the pregnancy risk, the patient was recommended an immediate cesarean delivery. After consultation and consent with the family, an immediate surgery was carried out. Soon their bundle of joy arrived into this world while prematurely. Unfortunately, it was found that during the delivery the baby had contracted a virus from the mother. The newborn was shown to the parents. As the newborn was very critical and upon consultation was admitted on CPAP unit. There, the neonatal was successfully treated under the supervision of Dr. Hemant Sharma, Neonatologist at Kailash Hospital, Greater Noida. With proper diagnosis and treatment, the condition of the newborn baby significantly improved. Now, when the health of both mother and newborn is sound, they were discharged. While expressing satisfaction with the services, Tejpal Singh, who is having newly fatherhood experience, thanked the doctors and the entire staff for an organized management of his wife’s delivery.
